01: The week got away from me.
I often get to the end of a week and wonder where the time went.
Then I noticed something. That feeling of being behind was coming more from the things that hadn’t happened.
Whether that was the email I’ve ignored all week, the idea that I still hadn’t started on or the conversation that never quite finished.
Those things might not have been on my to-do list anymore but they were occupying my attention.
On reflection, many of them didn’t actually need action. They simply needed me to accept that they were over.
Before rushing into the next week, I’m pausing for tea to decide what I can put down and what genuinely deserves my attention now.

Thanks for pausing for tea with me today.
If this helped, I’d love a quick comment, a heart, or a share. It genuinely helps this post reach more people who need a calmer next step.
