01: I’ve got 99 tabs open on my phone.
It only goes up to 99, so every new tab pushes the oldest one out.
I’ve never missed one yet.
My mind does the same thing.
Too many deadlines and things shouting for attention.
When I try to hold it all, the pressure and noise get louder.
It doesn’t help. It just makes everything feel louder.
So I poured some tea, took a breathe and asked myself:
What’s the one thing that would create the most relief or clarity right now?
For me, it was clarifying how to sell a new product.
So I stopped planning the whole thing and just moved the next piece.
