01: Some decisions stay unfinished because we keep improving the plan.
A little more research, a few more notes, maybe even another version of the idea.
It can feel productive.
Meanwhile, the thing itself remains untouched.
I’ve noticed how easy it is to spend time building around what needs my attention instead of looking directly at it.
So during my pause for tea this week I’m asking myself what I’d do if I could no longer improve the plan.
Most of the time, the answer is surprisingly clear.
Sometimes the next step has been obvious all along.
It was simply buried beneath more thinking.
