01: The more uncertain we feel, the more information we tend to collect.
Another article, another podcast, another opinion. Sometimes that’s useful, but sometimes it creates so much noise that we lose touch with what we already know.
I’ve been trying to sit with one question this week…
If nobody else could weigh in on this, what would I already know?
It’s a simple question, but it changes the conversation.
Instead of searching for the next piece of advice, it invites you to trust your own experience.
Perhaps the endless input isn’t helping. Sometimes it's simply drowning out your own thinking.
The articles, podcasts and opinions will still be there tomorrow. But your own voice is easy to miss if you never leave space to hear it.
So while you’re pausing for tea today, before you go looking for more info, pay attention to the thought that keeps returning.
The idea that won’t quite leave you alone.
Maybe that’s not the question.
Maybe it’s the answer.
p.s. Your pause for tea this week is brought to you by Spiced Thai Mango, the tea of the summer – with juicy mango, papaya sweetness, the bright tartness of hibiscus and rosehip, the depth from beetroot, the sharp twist of tamarind leaf, and the lingering spice that stays after each sip. - discover more teas here.

Thanks for pausing for tea with me today.
If this helped, I’d love a quick comment, a heart, or a share. It genuinely helps this post reach more people who need a calmer next step.
