01: We often imagine clarity arriving as one defining moment.
Maybe a conversation, a decision or a sudden breakthrough.
Listening to Sarah Robertson on The Tea Mind podcast reminded me that it rarely happens that way.
For Sarah, the shift unfolded over years.
Becoming a mother changed what mattered.
Burnout taught her to pay attention to her body and journaling helped her hear her own thoughts again.
Eventually, the business she had built no longer reflected the person she had become.
The difficult part wasn’t making a new plan.
It was trusting a feeling before she had evidence to support it.
I think many of us spend too long trying to explain why something feels off instead of simply noticing that it does.
So when you’re pausing for tea this week, ask yourself: “Does the life I’m building still nourish the person I’m becoming?”
Listen to your own response.

Thanks for pausing for tea with me today.
If this helped, I’d love a quick comment, a heart, or a share. It genuinely helps this post reach more people who need a calmer next step.
