01: You can have a full week and still feel like you’re standing in the same place.
The calendar fills up, the emails get answered, the small tasks keep moving… Yet one thing keeps returning to your attention.
It might be a decision, a conversation or a project that you’ve been desperate to do for far too many months.
When I pause for tea and tune into how I’m feeling, I sometimes realise I feel a little uneasy. It’s not because I’ve not made progress. Often it’s because for yet another week, I’ve failed to make progress around the thing that matters most.
That moment of noticing changes something.
What keeps finding its way back into your thoughts?

Thanks for pausing for tea with me today.
If this helped, I’d love a quick comment, a heart, or a share. It genuinely helps this post reach more people who need a calmer next step.
