Tea Routine: Positivity Boost
Would you like to transform your tea time into a happy moment rather than feeling stuck in a cloud of negativity? Our fast-paced lives and constant demands can leave little room for positivity. But what if you could create a brighter mindset in just the time it takes to brew your tea?
I used to think I needed a major life change to feel more positive. But then I realised, it’s the little rituals that count. Now, whenever I make a cup of tea, I try to use those 3-5 minutes to intentionally nurture positivity. It works!
Here’s how you can do the same:
Write positive affirmations: Start with “I am…,” “I have…,” or “I can…” Write and read them daily. Your words shape your world.
Be kind to someone else: A small act of kindness—like holding the door open or sending a kind text—boosts positivity for you and the recipient.
Practice gratitude: List three things you’re grateful for. Share one with someone. Gratitude is contagious and shifts your focus to what’s good.
Suddenly, brewing tea becomes a ritual of rejuvenation, setting you up for a happier, more grateful day.
Why not try these during your next tea break? Please do let me know how you get on—I’d love to hear how it transforms your mindset!
