01: Most people don’t remember drinking their tea.
It disappears between emails, scrolling, and the next task.
How often has your cup gone cold before you finished it?
The moment is gone.
During a recent tea pause, I noticed something simple.
A cup of white tea (White Peach in fact), with a light, fruity aroma and a soft sweet aftertaste.
I was just holding the cup and watching the steam rise.
The spring equinox carries a simple lesson.
Day and night share the sky for a while.
Neither dominates.
That feeling can exist in us too.
Many days feel like constant forward motion – whether it’s planning, fixing, or reaching for the next thing. We’re almost programmed for effort.
Yet a small pause changes the weight of things.
Simply holding a warm cup of tea, letting the breath slow and feeling the shoulders drop…
I realised this moment was already enough.
Enough can be surprisingly small.
Next time you make tea, take the first sip slowly and pause before swallowing.
Then ask yourself:
What is already enough right now?
p.s. For your pause for tea this week, I recommend White Peach & other teas here.

Thanks for pausing for tea with me today.
If this helped, I’d love a quick comment, a heart, or a share. It genuinely helps this post reach more people who need a calmer next step.
