01: Steady Within…
If your mind feels busy today, thoughts loud and emotions close to the surface, let this be a softer place to land.
Begin by imagining your feet on the floor like roots. Picture them reaching down into the earth, steady and quiet. Ask yourself: what feels steady beneath me right now? Name a few simple supports. A place. A person. A practice. A truth you can return to.
Then notice what is moving through you. If one thought, tension, or feeling could become a leaf in your mind’s tree, what is the leaf you are ready to release today? Write it down. Let it loosen. Let it drift. You do not have to solve it. You can simply set it down.
And finally, remember this: even if your mind is windy, you are not the wind. When my thoughts are loud, what reminds me that I am the one noticing them? Stay with that noticing. Stay with the trunk. Let this be enough. Ground. Release one leaf. Come back to yourself.
