01: The Gentle Art of Enough
As you pause today, see if you can feel what it’s like to let simplicity in. Try letting go of the heavy complexity of life and take a breath.
Begin by asking: what is already enough in my life that I keep overlooking? Become aware of what’s valuable in your life just as it is. What’s already working for you and supporting you?
Then begin to notice where you might be adding extra weight. Where am I making something more complicated than it needs to be? Just become aware, without judging. Then ask yourself: what would the simpler version look like? Perhaps it’s fewer steps, a more defined boundary… or maybe it’s a more realistic vision?
And finally, spend some time as you sip your tea and consider this: If I could focus on just one meaningful thing today, what would it be? Let that simple focus guide you today.
p.s. For your pause for tea this week, I recommend Genmaicha & other teas here.

In this Too Minimal episode, they explore why extreme minimalism can make you feel empty, and emphasise that true minimalism should be about creating space for meaning, not just removing items.
