Tea Routine: Three Minute Wisdom
Wisdom isn’t something you think. It’s something you feel.
We grow up chasing knowledge like it only lives in books or certificates. But wisdom moves differently.
It sits quietly in your chest. Travels through your body. Emerges when life humbles you and forces you to listen.
We often ignore that still, inner voice. We choose distraction over stillness. Noise over noticing.
But ancient traditions like Chinese Five Element Theory remind us:
The body remembers.
The heart knows.
Wisdom doesn’t arrive in perfect quotes or polished frameworks. It comes from living.
Try. Fail. Reflect.
Pause.
Drink tea.
Begin again.
Let tea be your daily pause. A ritual to recalibrate. A way to return to the wisest part of you - the one buried beneath the scroll.
What if your next big insight isn’t in a book, but in your breath?
Sit. Sip. Listen.
Wisdom is already there.
What’s a piece of wisdom your body knows before your mind does?
